CampusPortal: Configuration
and Administration - Session A
(1 day)


Participants will learn how to configure portal security, portal transactions, create external links and understand all associated CampusVue dependencies. The session will not only expose participants to Portal functionality, but will engage trainees in discussing the online strategies of their institutions.

Participants will also learn how to manage key components of a portal environment via CampusPortal’s administrative console. This includes user account management, RSS feeds and the basics of Portal troubleshooting.

Who Should Attend
Business Analysts, IT administrators and any staff involved in student services.

Prerequisite
Basic CampusVue knowledge.
