This workshop focuses on improving the human processes or systems that Admissions reps must follow to succeed. (This is not a workshop about how to talk, walk , smile and speak within a sales call.)
The goal is to leave participants with management tools that allow them to improve conversion rates by 20-25%.
This is an advanced workshop focusing on topics such as systemization, metrics and performance improvement.
