Campus Management announced today that Bruce Tulgan will be its keynote speaker at CampusInsight 2008, the company’s annual users conference, occurring April 7-11 at Orlando, Florida. Generation X and Generation Y comprise 45% of today's workforce. Mr. Tulgan will present his research and insights regarding how to recruit, train, motivate, and manage today’s emerging Gen X and Gen Y workforce.

Mr. Tulgan is internationally recognized as the leading expert on young people in the workplace. He is the author or coauthor of sixteen books, including It's Okay to Be the Boss, Winning the Talent Wars, Managing Generation X, HOT Management, Managing Generation Y, and Managing the Generation Mix.

Recently included in a Financial Times listing of the world's greatest management thinkers, Mr. Tulgan’s work has been the subject of thousands of news stories and his writing has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, BusinessWeek, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and USA Today.
