What is the CampusInsight award?

The CampusInsight award recognizes your institution’s creativity, technological innovation, or operational improvements in relation to your use of any Campus Management software, including CLASS, CampusVue (formerly Campus2000), CampusVantage, CampusPortal, CampusLearning, CampusCornerstone, and Donor2 software.

Winners are eligible for prizes at multiple award levels. Awards are remitted to the submitter's employer, and may range from $500 to $2000, distributed in the form of cash payment and/or credits, which will be specified at the time of award by Campus Management.

Who can win?
Any institution that is a current client of Campus Management Corporation and using one or more of the software products listed above may submit an application. The submitter may be based at the institution’s main site or any other site, provided the campus site is a current client and user of Campus Management software listed above. Only one submission is permitted per client account.

How do we win?
Tell us about how you have used your Campus Management software or our services to measurably improve your institution. Or, show us how you created functionality or enhanced workflows or processes, integrated with the system. You may have boosted enrollment substantially over a three year period using the contact manager and events triggers. You may have created new workflows or functionality by writing code to bridge or integrate with the Campus Management software. You might have leveraged professional services we provide to achieve some initiative in your department. Brainstorm with your colleagues and tell us your story!

How are submissions reviewed?
A committee of company officers, managers and staff review all applications, voting to determine up to three finalists. Finalists’ nominations must then be verified by the company. Submissions pertaining to operational improvements, such as enrollment increases or student satisfaction for instance, require the submitter to be able to provide documentation of such achievements. Submissions pertaining to technical or programming enhancements also require the submitter to possibly furnish such enhancements for review by committee members.

Submissions and related properties (code integrated to Campus Management’s source code) become properties of Campus Management where permitted by previous agreement between the institution and the company. The company reserves the right to make multiple awards in any year or none, depending upon the quality of submissions.

The award winner(s) will be announced at CampusInsight 2008, on Thursday, April 10, 2008.
