Donor Recognition, Part 1 – Janet Hedrick, CFRE

The presentation will review strategies for acknowledgement, recognition and stewardship that are key to building relationships and creating loyalty among donors.

Honor/Memorials
Explore the new look of this feature and how getting information on your Honor/Memorials is easier than ever. Learn how to add family members for acknowledging and easily run reports on your Honor/Memorials.
Identifying and Correcting Your Duplicates
Learn how to identify and correct duplicates on the spot using the duplicate grid. The presenter will show you the tools and features available on the grid and how to use them to minimize duplicates in less time. You will also be shown some effective ways to identify true duplicates.

See the latest incarnation of the Prospect Research Module, now known as the Major Gifts module. You will learn how your workflow can be automated based on prospect type templates and observe how to put the power of multiple Prospect Profiles to work for you.
Seeing Your Donor/Prospects a New Way, Part 1
Become familiar with the whole new way to view Donor/Prospects. You will learn how individuals and companies are now more distinct and how to maneuver within the new look. Other options for customization will be shown including 360 view and tab selection.

Using Filters Efficiently
Learn the best approach for filter management and get tips for your own organization. The advanced sections of filters and bits will be reviewed, and you will be shown how to calculate cumulative totals.
