The Academic Records Track contains sessions designed specifically for registrar, program administration, and academic advisement department managers and staff, delivering practical tips and techniques to help you use your Campus Management products more efficiently and effectively.
Processing Transfer and Experiential Learning Credit
Presenter: Ann Kellogg
This course will examine the functionality of the Transfer Credit folder, including options for leveraging pre-define colleges and courses and evaluator security and permissions. Options for posting experiential learning credit via the Degree Progress Audit and Final Grades folder will be presented. The session will also address Contact Manager features for tracking document requests and generating letters.
Self-paced and On-Demand Education

This session will provide an overview of adapting CampusVue features and functions for self-paced and on-demand education models. Consideration will be given to the unique needs of Academic, Financial Aid, Student Accounts and Financial operations when delivering curriculum in this structure.
Leveraging Program Groups, Programs, Versions, Areas of Study and Catalog for Population Management and Reporting

This course will focus on the inter-relationships of Program Groups, Programs, Program Versions and Areas of Study and the role they each play in generating accurate population reports. This course will also examine the role of Catalog in supporting curriculum revisions and controlling graduation requirements.
